  • Role Customer Support/Merchant Support Associate.
  • Industry Type- BPO.
  • Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
  • Education Qualification- Any Graduation.
  • Work Location: Hi-tech City. (Work from Office)
  • 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
  • Pure dayshifts only. (09:00 AM- 06:00 PM)
  • SALARY- hidden_mobile Per Year.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer & merchant calls.
  • Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
  • Handling enquiry and service calls.
  • Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls.
  • Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

Eligibility Criteria: –

1. Excellent Communication Skills in English Hindi.

2. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome (Good English & Hindi)

3. Voice/Semi Voice/Non-Voice Process experience is considered.

4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.

5. Good typing skills ( 25-30 WPM)

6. Immediate Joiners preferred.

7.No cab facility.
