Venue – Godrej Genesis, 11 Floor, Unit no. 1104, Block : EP & GP, Sector 5, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700091 ( opposite of Anthropological Survey of India near college more)

Job Responsibility :

1. Effectively promote and sell the membership packages of room nights for Puri, Rameswaram, Gangtok and Shimla to the prospective customers.

2. Effectively communicate the key features and amenities of the membership of the room nights.

3. Tell-Calling to the prospective customers.

4. Meet prospective customers face to face, build rapport and convince then to buy the room nights of membership

5. Contribute to the creation and ongoing improvement of business and sales processes.

6. Do not collect cash from the customers.

7. Do not oversell the membership package or give false commitment.

8. You have to achieve your monthly sales target as given by the management from time to time.

9. You have to prospect a minimum of 10 (ten) customers on daily basis and monthly a minimum of 250 ( two hundred fifty) customers.

10. You have to submit you Daily Sales Report ( DSR)

11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

MONTHLY INCENTIVE No of Nights/day and in Rupee value per month Percentage

02 nights to 60 nights (Rs. 9,000/- to (Rs. 2,70,000/-) 5 %

62 nights to 100 nights (Rs 2,79,000/-) to (Rs. 4,50,000/- ) 7 %

102 nights to 200 nights (Rs 4,59,000/-) to (Rs. 9,00,000/-) 9 %

102 nights and above (Rs 9,09,000/-) and above 10 %


First Month ( from the date of joining) :

You have to achieve a minimum Sales Target of 60 (sixty) room nights/days I;e 30 (thirty) applications.

Being the first month we can consider your sales achievement of atleast 50% (fifty) percent of the given first monthly sales target.

Second Month ( from the date of joining ) :

You have to achieve a minimum Sales Target of 60 (sixty) room nights/days I;e 30 (thirty) applications. You have to compensate the short fall of first months sales if any in the second month.

In total at the end of the second calendar month you have to achieve a minimum of 120 (one hundred twenty) room nights/days I;e 60 (sixty) applications.

Third Month ( from the date of joining ) :

In the third month also you have to achieve a minimum Sales Target of 60 (sixty) room nights/days I:e 30 (thirty) applications. At the end of the third month from the date of joining you have to achieve a minimum sales of 180 ( one hundred eighty) room nights/days I:e 90 (ninety) applications for your quarter.

Thereafter you have to achieve your quarterly sales targets of 180 ( one hundred eighty) room nights/days I:e 90 (ninety).


Your promotion to the next level shall be decided only after 6(six) months period from the date of joining , subject to achieving the half yearly sales target.

Your half yearly sales target shall be 500 (five hundred) sales target from the date of joining.

On achieving your sales of 500 ( five hundred) your application for promotion shall be considered and recommended to the HR department and the management shall decide your eligibility for promotion subject to your discipline in the sales process you have followed in the past six months period. For example You have to prospect 10 ( ten) prospective calls in a day and 250 ( two hundred fifty) in a month.

Your prospects are to genuine.

No false commitment to the customers at any point of time during your sales process.

No over selling of production features.

Following all rules and regulations of the sales process and the management.
