Description:
- Primary role of servicing clients and over-seeing day-to-day operations of the various projects / campaigns of the client
- Understanding client’s business and relationship marketing requirements
- Meeting up with the clients & taking brief from them.
- Pitching to clients for new projects
- Generate revenues from the serviced accounts
- De-briefing other departments such as Creative, Operations, and Technology and to oversee that the work is done in tandem with the client’s brief
- Data analysis
- Working knowledge of Ms Excel & Power Point
- Strong background of Customer Service
- Experience in handing different CRMs & six sigma methodologies preferred
- Ability to handle escalations and pacify irate clients.
- Excellent verbal and written English language capability. Good logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
