Description:

  • Primary role of servicing clients and over-seeing day-to-day operations of the various projects / campaigns of the client
  • Understanding client’s business and relationship marketing requirements
  • Meeting up with the clients & taking brief from them.
  • Pitching to clients for new projects
  • Generate revenues from the serviced accounts
  • De-briefing other departments such as Creative, Operations, and Technology and to oversee that the work is done in tandem with the client’s brief
  • Data analysis
  • Working knowledge of Ms Excel & Power Point
  • Strong background of Customer Service
  • Experience in handing different CRMs & six sigma methodologies preferred
  • Ability to handle escalations and pacify irate clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language capability. Good logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
