Front Desk Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Operates a multiline system to answer calls. Greet walk in clients and make sure they are comfortable while they wait for their scheduledappointment. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintain telecommunication system. Inform visitors by answering or referring to inquiries. Keeps clean and safe reception area by compiling with procedures, rules, and departmentdirectories. Manage the day-to-day operational and administrative activities. Maintain inventory of office and amp; cafeteria supplies and maintain stock registers. Maintain call log registers and maintain vendor management data. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements,calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipmentEA to the CEO Calendar Management to the CEO Act as liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors. Complete a board variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability toeffectively lead the organization. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matterspertaining to CEO.Skills: administrative support,reception,secretarial,inventory management,front desk operation,front desk,visitor management,front desk management,executive assistant,front office,calendar management,telephone skills,administrative tasks,vendor management,secretarial activities,liaison,supply management
