We have three production facilities: Punjab, Chennai and Jamshedpur. We produce mainly passenger car wheels in Dappar (Punjab) and Oragadam (Chennai) and truck wheels in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand). Our total capacity amounts to 9 million wheels in Dappar, 6 million wheels in Oragadam and 1.6 million truck wheels in Jamshedpur amounting to a total capacity of 16.6 million wheels.

Job Profile :-
- Breakdown Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Troubleshooting Knowledge on PLC
- Troubleshooting knowledge on CNC Machinery
- Troubleshooting knowledge on FANUC WELDING ROBOTS/ FANUC HANDLING ROBOTS
- Troubleshooting knowledge on Hydraulic presses
- Troubleshooting knowledge in SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINES ( i.e Butt welding/ Testing machines )
- Need to plan Annual Preventive maintenance
- Need to Plan day/weekly/monthly/Quarterly/Half-Yearly/Yearly Preventive Maintenance plan.
- Resource planning to do Preventive Maintenance.
- Execution of Preventive Maintenance.
- Handling of shift activities.
- MTTR and MTBF controlling in the shift.
- Kaizen Activity planning and execution.
- Cost saving activities.
