Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Quantity takeoff, BOQ preparation, tendering, rate analysis, preparing the detailed electrical estimate, and timely release of the same.
2. Should have a detailed understating of the bill of quantities, specifications, and rates. etc.
3. Should have basic knowledge of all construction-related activities. Ability to read and interpret drawings such as architecture, M&E drawings, etc. Ability to break down construction activities into various components.
4. Should be able to Co-ordinate with design, procurement, execution teams, and subcontractors.
5. Should be able to perform standard rate analysis. Basic knowledge of materials and manpower productivity.
Preparation of Cashflow & resource planning of project according to budget.
