ARCHITECTS :
A. Architectural Detailers 4-5 years’ experience , must be B. Arch , M.Arch (would be an added advantage)
B. Architectural Leads – 10-12 years’ experience must be B. Arch , M.Arch (would be an added advantage)
STRUCTURAL DESIGN :
a. RCC – 4-5 years’ experience , must be ME / M. Tech Structural
b. Structural RC designers -4-10 years experience must be ME / M. Tech Structural
c. Structural Steel -5-6 years’ experience , must be ME / M. Tech Structural
d. BIM / Drafting – With Revit knowledge and structural steel exposure – 6-8 years’ experience , must be Diploma (Civil Engineering)
MEP DESIGN:
1) PHE Engineers (5 to 10 yrs of experience) , must be ME / M. Tech Environmental
2) ICT / ELV (5 to 10 yrs of experience) , must be BE (ECE)
3) FPS BIM (3 to 5 yrs of experience) must be Diploma (Mech Engineering)
For our Navi Mumbai location we require talented Professionals in several key position:
ARCHITECTS :
A. Architectural Leads – 5-15 years experience must be B. Arch , M.Arch (would be an added advantage)
STRUCTURAL DESIGN:
a. RCC – 4-5 years’ experience , must be ME / M. Tech Structural
b. 4 – Structural RC designers -4-10 years experience, must be ME / M. Tech Structural
c. BIM / Drafting – With Revit knowledge and structural steel exposure – 6-8 years’ experience, must be Diploma (Civil Engineering)
MEP DESIGN:
a. PHE Engineers (5 to 10 yrs of experience) must be ME / M. Tech Environmental

c. FPS BIM (3 to 5 yrs of experience) must be Diploma (Mech Engineering)
d. Lighting Designer , must be BE (EEE)
For all the above positions candidates must have building project experience.
