Personally the General Manager was very humble to the employees but rest department managers are ill mannered. No professionalism when in work place. In my department women used to get too much facilities, advantages.
Dislikes
Disliked how female employees never got any afternoon shift and night shift. At times the person who was doing afternoon had to extend till next morning. I have worked for like a Year but did hardly 2 weeks morning shift. I was really dedicated to my job. Never even took offs on my Birthdays or any occasions. Nothing seems to encourage its employees. There is a lot to talk about. There are few people who are absolutely amazing in person like Mr. Arnab Ghosh ( Front Office).…
