Job Title: ICICI Bank Relationship Manager – TN ( Trichy, Madurai, Sivagangai, Dindigul, Thanjavur, Theni, Pudukottai, Pondy, Karur, Coimbatore, Thozudur)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager in the Kerala Region. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the existing customer base of ICICI Bank in the region.
Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase the customer base in the region -
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers -
Provide advice and guidance to customers on financial products and services -
Meet targets set in terms of sales (cross-selling and upselling) and customer acquisition -
Must be flexible to work in different domains as advised by ICICI BANK -
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty -
Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and efficiently -
Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained -
Monitor and report on sales performance -
Qualifications:

Age: 25 or below at the time of joining the bank. -
10th Certificate with a minimum of 50%. -
12th Certificate with a minimum of 50%. -
UG Certificate with a minimum of 50% (any UG). -
