Job Description

Front Office Receptionists are professionals who are responsible for coordinating the daily administration of doctors, staff, visitors, and patients at a healthcare facility. They schedule appointments, answer patient inquiries, handle patient emergencies, and monitor stock and supplies at the healthcare facility. Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts and welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide bills and receipts
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Education and Experience:

• Any university/college degree.
• 0-3 years experience preferred. Freshers can also apply
