Job Summary :As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. Your primary responsibility is to create a positive and welcoming environment, manage incoming and outgoing communications, and provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet Visitors: Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office. Ensure a professional and friendly first impression.

Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently. Take messages and provide accurate information to callers.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry, as needed.

Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the front desk area.

Problem Resolution: Handle inquiries and minor issues professionally and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate department or personnel.

Maintain Neatness: Keep the reception area tidy and organized, ensuring it represents our company’s image.


  • Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities.

Working Hours: There are 2 shifts , which gets shuffled every week

1. Day shift ( 9:00 – 21:00 )

2. Night shift ( 21:00 – 9:00 )

Salary and Benefits: Salary range between 9500 to 13000 , based upon the applicants experience , annual bonus is provided , yearly increment , incentives is also offered by the company
