RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Guest Services:Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and personalized service.

  • Team Management:Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff, concierge, and bellmen.

Provide coaching, guidance, and regular performance feedback to team members.
Foster a positive and cohesive team atmosphere.

  • Operational Efficiency:Monitor daily operations at the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs.

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for front office tasks.
Oversee the reservation process and ensure accurate room assignments and billing.

  • Financial Management:Manage the front office budget, including payroll and expenses.

Monitor room rates, occupancy levels, and revenue, and make pricing recommendations.
Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.

  • Guest Satisfaction:Monitor guest feedback and take prompt corrective action to address any issues.

Implement guest service training programs for staff to enhance customer satisfaction.
Continuously seek opportunities to exceed guest expectations.

  • Security and Safety:Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

Handle emergency situations and liaise with appropriate authorities when necessary.

  • Technology and Systems:Proficiently use hotel management software and reservation systems.

Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend upgrades when necessary.

  • Reporting:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front office operations and key performance indicators.

Present reports to senior management for review and decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in front office or guest services roles.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
