Front Office Executive – Sitaram Beach Retreat

  • Ensure check in/check out chart based on reservation chart provided
  • Welcome Patients during check-in and giving a fond farewell to Patient while checkout
  • Register Patients and assigns room, further, smooth shifting in accommodation when situation demands
  • Thorough understanding and adhering to proper credit,check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures
  • Thorough understanding of room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates
  • Coordination with housekeeping department regarding check outs, late checkouts, Check in, early check-in’s, special requests, and day use rooms
  • Responsible for maintenance and handling of room keys
  • In-charge and responsible for front office equipment’s
  • Enter C Form for foreign Patient Collect ID card copy from Domestic clients
  • Performing cashier related functions like posting charges to Patient accounts, raising paid out’s, currency exchange etc
  • Follows procedures for issuing and closing safe deposit boxes used by Patients
  • Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the department Manager
  • Update and ensure all safety and emergency procedures and accident prevention policies
  • Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area
  • Arrange Wake up calls for guest
  • Separate filing GRC and other documents of Patient
  • Collect Patient feedback during Patient departure along with his likes and dislikes & followup
  • Ensure adequate stock of front office supplies
  • Credit issues to be reported to the Front Office Manager
  • Maintain log book for unusual events or incidents, Patient Complaints, Patient pending requests, any other relevant information, situations which requires follow-up, arrival and departure, late check in and check-outs if any and pending payment
  • Handling Patient complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner
  • Providing excellent customer service as per Sitaram standards
  • Maintain Patient lockers for safe custody
  • Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
