Job Description
Dealing with any enquiries at the reception
Answer questions and address complaints of the walking employees.
Answering all incoming calls / emails and re-routing them to relevant parties.
General administration duties, photocopying, filing etc.
Data entry into internal systems.
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Monitoring stationary stock and reordering when required.
