c. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

6. Safety and Security:
a. Monitor the premises and report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
b. Follow established security protocols, including handling guest identification and maintaining guest confidentiality.

7. Coordination with Other Departments:
a. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and well-maintained.
b. Communicate guest preferences or special requests to relevant departments.

8. Cash Handling:
a. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods accurately and securely
b. Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records of financial transactions

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.

2. Proven experience in a front desk, guest services, or customer-facing role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.

Annual CTC breakup:
