Patient Handling:
1. Schedule patient appointments, visit reminders, follow-ups
2. Work on tele-calling customers for visit feedback and follow-ups
3. Ensure patient comfort and hospitality
4. Work on billing, cash collection, and bank deposits
5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
6. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
7. Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems
8. Prepare bills and take payments
9. Inform other team members of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
Office Coordination:
1. Work on inwards/outwards – courier handling
2. Coordinate clinic maintenance – cleaning, appearance, etc.
Documentation:
1. Work on hard copy filing and record management
2. Work on patient record maintenance and updating in software (must be comfortable in MS Office- Word and Excel)
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities

Annual CTC: 2 – 2.4 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
