1. \*\*Front Office Associate (Entry-Level):\*\*
– Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
– Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
– Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
– Basic computer skills required.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. \*\*Senior Front Office Associate:\*\*
– Supervise and mentor junior front office staff.
– Handle complex guest issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
– Assist with room reservations and manage room assignments.
– Monitor and manage the availability of rooms.
– Proficiency in hotel management software.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
3. \*\*Night Auditor:\*\*
– Perform overnight front desk duties, including check-ins and check-outs.
– Audit daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
– Handle any late-night guest requests or issues.
– Ensure security and safety protocols are followed during the night shift.
– Experience with accounting software and attention to detail.
4. \*\*Concierge Front Office Associate:\*\*
– Provide personalized guest services, such as booking reservations and arranging transportation.
– Offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment.
– Handle guest special requests and coordinate amenities.
– Excellent knowledge of the local area and attractions.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
5. \*\*Front Office Supervisor:\*\*
– Supervise the front office team’s daily operations.
– Ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes.
– Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly.
– Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping.
– Previous supervisory or team lead experience required.
