1. Management:

· Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive and memorable guest experience.

· Address guest concerns or issues promptly and appropriately, ensuring guest satisfaction.

2. Front Office Operations:

· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.

· Manage the front desk inventory, including supplies, materials, and informational brochures.

3. Security and Access Control:

· Issue visitor badges and maintain a log of visitor information for security purposes.

· Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a secure environment for employees and visitors.

4. Information Dissemination:

· Disseminate important announcements, memos, and updates to staff and visitors as required.

5. Multi-Tasking and Prioritization:

· Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

· Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth front office operations.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

· Coordinate with various departments to relay messages, provide assistance, and facilitate guest requests.

· Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues and external parties.

Qualifications and Skills:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
