Job brief: We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the ‘face’ of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Key responsibilities:

1. Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
2. Greet and welcome guest
3. Answer questions and address complaints
4. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
5. Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them
6. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
7. Check, sort, and forward emails
8. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
9. Keep updated records and files
10. Monitor office expenses and costs
11. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
12. Make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises


1. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easygoing personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined
2. Should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information
3. A customer-oriented approach is essential
4. Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position
5. Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)
6. Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
7. Proficient in English (oral and written)
8. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
9. Strong communication and people skills
10. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
11. Problem-solving skills
12. Customer service orientation
13. High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

Annual CTC: 2 – 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
