1. Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression
2. Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, promptly directing them to the appropriate team members or departments
3. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination
4. Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring it reflects our company’s professionalism and attention to detail
5. Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records
6. Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and cultivating positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
7. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, contribute to a positive work environment, and support colleagues when necessary
