Part-Time Front Desk Admin with SOCIAL MEDIA Experience $18.00 to $20.00 /hr
Part-time Front Desk Admin with SOCIAL MEDIA Expertise for Private Physiotherapy Clinic at Yonge and Eglinton.
Schedule: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday to Thursday.
Eglinton Physiotherapy is a state-of-the-art private physiotherapy clinic with a welcoming atmosphere, COVD-19 safe, clean environment looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Admin with SOCIAL Media Experience.
Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Location: The clinic is located at Yonge and Eglinton.
Experience: Minimum 2 years- office experience
- administration: 2 years (Required) customer service: 2 years (Required)
Business Equipment and Computer Applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient Social Media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Google posting, CANVA, website updates.
- Promote clinic services
- Willingness to learn the clinic software
- Electronic scheduler on clinic software
- Efficient managing clinic email
- Keep electronic medical records on clinic software
Specific Skills
- Proficient in the English Language,
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Schedule and Confirm Appointments
- Record and Relay Information to the clinic owner
- Obtain and Process Information required to provide services
- Greet Clients and direct them to the therapist
- Answer Telephone and Relay telephone calls and messages
- Operate Telephone/Fax/Email clinic system
- Receive Payments
- Social Media Proficiency- multiple platforms
