Data Entry Operator Cum Front Office – (Females Only)
1) Defining and implementing front desk (reception) objectives and procedures.
2) Tending to guests, questions, and providing customer service.
3) Maintaining front desk, office supplies, and equipment.
4) Managing budgets, records, and contracts.
5) Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as and
when needed.
6) Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and
complete financial records.
7) Working knowledge of bookkeeping Software preferably Busy.
8) Office location Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi.
9) Candidates should send a resume along with a recent photograph.
10) Excellent knowledge of MS word/excel.
11) Immediate joining.
12) Office timings: Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 am to 3 PM.
