We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the role of Data Entry Operator with previous warehouse work experience – primary responsibilities will include to update and maintain information on company systems – include collecting, entering data and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate should have previous data entry skills, such as fast accurate typing an eye for detailed information, familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
Additionally the following documents/tasks to be carried out:
- Customer order creation
- Pick list/invoice generation
- Handling warehouse Petty cash
- Daily collection report – Cash invoice
- Daily Sales Reports
