Purpose: The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming first impression to customers, and performing various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers when thay walkin the studio.
Answer and direct customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain customer records and update it to the concerned authority on daily basis.
Perform various administrative duties such as filing, typing, and data entry.
Keep the front office area clean and organized.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
Proven customer service experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in hotel management software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional qualifications such as a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
