Responsibilities
Front Desk:
- Upkeep (Cleanliness, maintenance, and overall ambience) of reception area
- Handling of emergency situations like hoax call(s) and firefighting etc.
- Taking floor rounds on daily basis and checking of Female washrooms, Meeting rooms, Horticulture
- Handing Calls
- Handling of day-to-day visitors, vendor(s) & interview candidates through VMS
- Booking(s) – Meeting rooms/cabins as per request, visitors’ food,
- table booking.
- Handling of global visitors & taking care of their daily needs related to meetings, food & transportation.
- Overseeing and assistance in meetings and training arrangements.
- Overseeing and assistance in helpdesks arrangements for Events/Trainings and Medical & Finance.
Checking of
- Printing material and office stationery
- Consumables- Ordering/Maintaining the stock (HK & Pantry
- Daily snacks (morning & evening)
- Metro shuttle coordination
- New-Joiner’s seating intimation
- Training/Events/Townhalls
Taking care of the time share requests and optimizing office cab usage and office seating assistance
Coordination with HR team for day-to-day interviews & hiring drives
Taking care of the requests being raised through service now & ensuring the
closure
Handling of Petty cash
Cafeteria:
Drafting weekly menu and monitoring daily order quantity and consumption, based upon the previous week’s MG.
Coordinating with restaurant/ hotels for various bookings related to meals/ events & internal/ external trainings
Keeping a record of the feedback received for food & updating the management on timely basis. Raising the concerns with team & vendor as & whenever required.
Reports & MIS preparation:
All consumables (HK, Pantry & stationary)
Event Weekly HR activities Training and training requests data
Cab usage
Timeshare request
