Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Noida, Work from Office / 5 Days Working

1. Front Office & Back office Support
2. Front Office Management & Assistance for Facility Management
3. Handling end-to-end Travel & Accommodation of all the employees and clients.
4. Coordination with accounts department for payment and billing matters.
5. Preparation of MIS on different heads like Stock, and Petty Cash Expenses
6. Responsible for purchase orders. Raising of purchase orders and invoice tracking.
7. Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences.
8. Co-ordination with Government bodies mainly with Customs, STPI etc.
9. Organizing business meetings, conference/meeting room arrangements, refreshments etc.
10. Arranging Rewards and Recognition nights.
11. Organizing & Managing Events & Internal Customer issue redressals.
12. Negotiating Rates with Hotel directly for stay and for Events.
13. Arrange transmission of mail through Post, Courier, and Electronic Media
14. Developing local vendors to meet on time delivery of material.
15. Ensure proper delivery of material according to the quality agreed.
16. Responsible for bill clearance and on time payment to vendors.

Freshers with excellent communications & presenting skill with good command in MS-Office could also apply.
